Science Seminar

Science Seminar is our "physics department tea". Each Friday afternoon, the physics faculty, physics majors, and a few other interested students gather together in the physics commons to relax, have drinks and snacks, and discuss the hot topics of the day in physics or other branches of science. We also discuss the relation between science and Christianity, and we do other things such as have guest lecturers or watch videos. This is also the time when students give presentations about their own research in advanced lab or a summer research experience, or their senior integration project, or other topics they might find of interest.
